Our mission is to help high-wealth accredited investors passively grow their wealth through investments in real estate assets that deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns with predictable cash flow.

Michael Nguyen
Founder & Principle
Mike earned his Computer Engineering undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his medical doctorate degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center. Since 2001, he specializes in emergency medicine and works in Austin, where he resides. First a chairman/director of emergency medicine at a large hospital, he then became a partner/director of Physician Premier ER, which he currently helps manage. He is also a SEC-registered broker-dealer representative with Phase One Capital.
Mike has invested in various forms of real estate for over 20 years, including apartment syndications, starting in 2019. He has since joined a growing syndication team that supports experienced operators/sponsors in raising private equity for acquisitions.
Mike lives in Austin with his wife and three kids. His number one priority is his family. Indeed, he named his company, GDL-Investing, after his three children (Grace, Dominic, & Lucas). His investors will always be treated as family, a pillar of his current successful businesses.
